Q: What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?
A: We are sorry to hear that you received an incorrect or damaged product. Please contact us as soon as possible at ig.cutelybear@gmail.com. Your email should include your order number, the name of the item you were supposed to receive, and any additional details, along with pictures of the damaged product. We will get back to you within 3 business days to resolve the issue.
